POLY(ADP-RIBOSE) REACTIONS IN DNA REPLICATION AND DNA DAMAGE REPAIR
We investigate the molecular mechanisms of DNA repair and DNA replication controlled by PARPs and ADP-ribosyl hydrolases.

SEARCHING FOR NOVEL BIOMARKERS AND DRUG TARGETS FOR CANCER THERAPY
We aim to unveil novel biomarkers of tumor diseases that may predict response of cancer cells to therapy. In addition, we investigate new druggable targets for tumors showing primary and/or adaptive resistance to chemo- and/or radiotherapy
